Each piece of jewelry at Nueve Sterling is made with high-quality silver, carefully chosen for its durability and shine. Many of the designs are complemented by natural stones, selected for their unique beauty and character.
After use, gently clean your jewelry with a soft cloth to maintain its luster. To keep it in excellent condition, store it in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and harsh chemicals. Avoid exposing it to perfumes, lotions, or cleaning products.
With proper care, your jewelry will continue to shine for years to come.

Canada: Free delivery in all orders +$130 CAD
Your order will be dispatched in 1 or 2 business days.
ETA Canada: 2 to 8 business days.
Your package will be delivered by Canada Post, Purolator, UPS or DHL.
US: Orders may face extra courier or postal charges due to recent de minimis exemption changes.
ETA US: 8 to 15 business days.
Your package will be delivered by the USPS under a reciprocity agreement with Canada Post.
Returns:
My return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

FAQs
If you live in Sherwood Park or Edmonton and place your order before noon, I can deliver your jewelry in the afternoon or the next day. It is simply a matter of us agreeing via email or SMS.
For any other location, you must order before 2 p.m. (MST) to ensure that your package arrives at the post office before the cut-off time.
Free delivery in Sherwood Park and Edmonton. After your order is placed, I will contact you to arrange details.
Rest of Canada & US: $13 flat shipping rate or free delivery in all orders +$100
Your order will be dispatched in 1 or 2 business days.
ETA Canada: 2 to 8 business days.
Your package will be delivered by Canada Post or UPS.
ETA US: 8 to 15 business days.
Your package will be delivered by the USPS under a reciprocity agreement with Canada Post.
Once I've finished packing your order, I'll print the shipping label. At that moment the system will send you an email or SMS with your tracking number. Please allow a few hours to start checking the status of your package because it will only show once it has been scanned at the post office.

Priority, Xpresspost, and Expedited Parcel services include up to $100 liability coverage against loss or damage.
For free and $13 flat rate shipping in Canada, I always use the Expedited Parcel service which includes tracking; a liability coverage up to $100 CAD, and it can take from 2 to 8 business days to arrive within Canada.
To the United States, I'll be providing the Tracked Packet service, which includes tracking; a liability coverage up to $100 CAD, and it can take from8 to 15 business days to arrive within the USA.

Please be advised that if you select the Small Packet USA Air shipping option, you will not receive a tracking number and your items will not be insured.

Need to exchange your jewelry? No worries! If your item happens to be defective (though this is very rare, as I personally check each piece before mailing it), I’ll happily cover the return shipping.
If you’d like to exchange for another item because you’ve had a change of heart, I’ll simply deduct the return shipping cost from your refund. Once I get the returned item, I’ll process your refund so you can pick out something else you love.
