Need to Return an Item?

Oops, It's Okay to Change Your Mind!

I totally get it—sometimes things don’t work out as expected. If your new piece of jewelry isn’t the perfect fit or doesn’t quite look the way you imagined, no worries! You can return it within one month of receiving it, and I’ll gladly refund you.

Here’s how it works: Just let me know, and I’ll send you a return label. Once I receive the item, I’ll process your refund, minus the cost of shipping. As a small business, I’m unable to cover return shipping, but I promise to make the process as easy as possible.

If your refund hasn’t shown up yet, here’s a quick checklist to help:

  1. Check Your Bank Account: Sometimes it takes a bit for refunds to appear.
  2. Contact Your Credit Card Company: They might have a delay in posting the refund.
  3. Reach Out to Your Bank: There can be processing time before the refund is visible.

While I’d love to offer refunds on everything, sale items are final and can’t be refunded. However, I’m always here to help if you have any questions or need assistance with your purchase!

Exchanges 

Need to Make an Exchange? No Problem!

I understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you'd like to exchange your jewelry, I'm here to help!

If the exchange is due to a defective piece (which is very unlikely because I carefully inspect each piece before shipping), I’ll cover the shipping costs to make things right.

If you’ve had a change of heart and would like to exchange for a different piece, that’s perfectly fine too! In this case, I’ll deduct the return shipping cost from your reimbursement. Once I receive the piece, I’ll process your refund and you can explore my collection for something that suits you better.
