Shipping policy

Canada and USA: Free shipping is offered for orders over $130 CAD.

US customers please note: Due to recent changes affecting the U.S. de minimis exemption, orders shipped to the United States may be subject to additional charges imposed by couriers or postal offices. These fees are beyond Nueve Sterling's control and are the responsibility of the customer.

For Canada, Nueve Sterling will be providing the "Expedited Parcel" service, which includes tracking; liability coverage,, and it can take from 2 to 8 business days to arrive within Canada. This applies for both, the free shipping and flat rate.

To the United States, Nueve Sterling will be providing the "Tracked Packet" service, which includes tracking; liability coverage, and it can take from 8 to 15 business days to arrive within the USA. This applies for both, the free shipping and flat rate.

You can also choose to pay for a different shipping service from the options displayed during check out, in case you would like to receive your items before the ETA that Nueve Sterling provides. 

Shipping & Liability Coverage
I ship from Canada and provide tracking for all orders. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, I offer liability coverage—please report any issues immediately upon noticing a problem.

In case of loss or theft, I will file a claim with the carrier. This process takes time, and I appreciate your understanding as it is beyond my control. I will stay in touch with updates and support you until the matter is resolved.

Please keep all packaging, documents, and any received items until the investigation is complete. You must provide images of the damaged or altered package as proof to support the claim.

Please note that I do my best to ship your items as soon as they are ready, but carrier delays are something that completely goes beyond my control, so I'm not responsible for any carrier's delay.
