Order Processing & Tracking

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed, gift-packaged, and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Full Tracking Included: All domestic and international orders include full tracking, emailed to you once your shipping label is printed. Please note that tracking details will activate within a few hours, once the carrier scans your package into their system.
  • Local Delivery: Orders within Sherwood Park, Edmonton, and St. Albert are delivered directly to your door—either personally by me or through a trusted local delivery service.'

Customs, Import Taxes & Regional Duties

  • All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from Alberta, Canada. In the case of special custom orders, your piece may ship directly from certified silversmith workshops in Taxco, Mexico, straight to your doorstep, to ensure a faster and more efficient delivery.
  • North American Orders (Canada & USA): Orders shipped within Canada and the United States do not incur import duties, as Taxco handcrafted pieces are 100% CUSMA compliant. For US customers, any applicable handling fees are clearly disclosed up front at checkout so you have the full picture, with zero surprise charges upon delivery.
  • International Orders: All import duties, local taxes, and handling fees are automatically calculated and guaranteed at checkout. What you see at checkout is your final total—enjoy smooth, hassle-free delivery with zero surprise fees on arrival.

Delivery Address 

To ensure the safe arrival of your jewelry:

  • Shipments are dispatched only to the verified shipping address provided at checkout.
  • Please double-check your shipping details (including suite/apartment numbers). Nueve Sterling is not responsible for delayed, lost, or undeliverable packages resulting from address entry errors or carrier delivery confirmation issues.
  • If a package is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
  • PO Box Addresses: Orders shipped to PO Boxes in Canada are delivered exclusively via Canada Post, as private couriers cannot access these locations.

Package Insurance & Protection 

Every order includes door-to-door tracking and standard coverage up to $100 CAD at no extra charge. For total peace of mind, Nueve Sterling offers full coverage protection for a minimal fee, which you can easily select alongside your shipping choices at checkout.
