- Do you offer same day delivery?
If you live in Calgary and place your order before noon, I can deliver your jewelry in the afternoon or the next day. It is simply a matter of us agreeing via email or SMS.
For any other location, you must order before 3 p.m. (MST) to ensure that your package arrives at the post office before the cut-off time.
- What are your shipping details?
Free delivery in Calgary. After your order is placed, I will contact you to arrange details.
Rest of Canada & US: $13 flat shipping rate or free delivery in all orders +$100
Your order will be dispatched in 1 or 2 business days.
ETA Canada: 2 to 8 business days.
Your package will be delivered by Canada Post.
ETA US: 8 to 15 business days.
Your package will be delivered by the USPS under a reciprocity agreement with Canada Post.
- How can I track my order?
Once I've finished packing your order, I'll print the shipping label. At that moment the system will send you an email or SMS with your tracking number. Please allow a few hours to start checking the status of your package because it will only show once it has been scanned at the post office.

- Will my jewelry be insured?
Priority, Xpresspost, and Expedited Parcel services include up to $100 liability coverage against loss or damage.
For free and $13 flat rate shipping in Canada, I always use the Expedited Parcel service which includes tracking; a liability coverage up to $100 CAD, and it can take from 2 to 8 business days to arrive within Canada.
To the United States, I'll be providing the Tracked Packet service, which includes tracking; a liability coverage up to $100 CAD, and it can take from8 to 15 business days to arrive within the USA.

Please be advised that if you select the Small Packet USA Air shipping option, you will not receive a tracking number and your items will not be insured.
- Do you have an exchange policy?
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged, which is extremely unlikely because I clean and inspect every single product before shipping to ensure you receive it in perfect condition.
I also pack the items in a solid box that is then placed inside a bubble mailer for extra protection.

- What is your return policy?
It's ok, we can all change our minds ;)
My return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please be advised that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for any return or exchange due to a change of mind.
