Need to exchange your jewelry? No worries! In the rare event that an item arrives defective (as every piece is carefully hand-inspected before shipping), I will happily cover the return shipping costs.

If you would like to exchange an item due to a change of heart, the return shipping cost will simply be deducted from your refund. Once the returned item is received, your refund will be processed so you can select another piece you love.
