Taxco Jewelry FAQs

Yes! If you live in Sherwood Park or Edmonton and place your order before noon, I can personally deliver your silver jewelry that evening or the next day. I’ll confirm details by email or SMS.

For all other locations, orders placed before 12 p.m. (MST) are shipped the same day. Orders after that cutoff ship the next business day.

  • Free delivery in Sherwood Park and Edmonton.
  • Free shipping across Canada & the U.S. on orders over $130 CAD.
  • U.S. orders may incur additional courier fees due to recent customs rule changes.
  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Canada ETA: 2–8 business days via Canada Post, Purolator, Canpar or UPS.
  • U.S. ETA: 8–15 business days via USPS (reciprocity agreement).

Once your jewelry is packed and labeled, you’ll automatically receive your tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow a few hours after drop-off for the system to update.

If you didn’t receive your tracking number, contact mariarocher@nuevesterling.ca and I’ll gladly assist.

Yes. Every shipment includes insurance up to $100 CAD. For higher-value pieces, you’re welcome to request additional coverage when placing your order. I can arrange it for you, with the extra cost added to your order.

I’ll handle the claim process in case of loss or damage and keep you updated until resolved.

If your jewelry arrives defective (which is rare as each piece is carefully inspected), I’ll cover return shipping.

If you change your mind and want to exchange for another item, I’ll simply deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
