Cómo proceder con su pedido:

Dado que esta pieza de Molina se fabrica bajo pedido, se requerirá un depósito del 50% una vez que hayamos discutido y acordado el precio final. El saldo restante se deberá pagar cuando su pieza esté lista para ser enviada. En ese momento, compartiré fotos detalladas para que pueda ver su joya antes de que sea enviada.

Para su comodidad, una vez aceptado el precio, le proporcionaré una factura que contiene un enlace seguro para realizar los pagos (depósito y saldo).

Each piece of jewelry at Nueve Sterling is made with high-quality silver, carefully chosen for its durability and shine. Many of the designs are complemented by natural stones, selected for their unique beauty and character.

After use, gently clean your jewelry with a soft cloth to maintain its luster. To keep it in excellent condition, store it in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and harsh chemicals. Avoid exposing it to perfumes, lotions, or cleaning products.

Local Delivery: Free delivery in Sherwood Park, Edmonton, and St. Albert.

Free Shipping Thresholds:

Canada: Free tracked shipping on orders over $190 CAD.

United States: Free tracked shipping on orders over $150 USD.

U.S. Customs & Handling:
U.S. orders do not incur import duties under CUSMA; any applicable
handling charges are fully disclosed up front at checkout with zero
surprise fees on arrival.

Order Processing: Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday).

Canada ETA: 2–6 business days via tracked carrier service (Canada Post is used exclusively for PO Box addresses).

U.S. ETA: 4–10 business days via tracked delivery.

My return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you live in Sherwood Park or Edmonton and place your order before noon, I can deliver your jewelry in the afternoon or the next day. It is simply a matter of us agreeing via email or SMS.

For any other location, you must order before 2 p.m. (MST) to ensure that your package arrives at the post office before the cut-off time.

Nueve Sterling offers tracked shipping dispatched directly from Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada:

  • Local Delivery: Always FREE for orders in Sherwood Park, Edmonton, and St. Albert.
  • Canada: Free tracked shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $190 CAD. For orders below $190 CAD, exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • United States: Receive free tracked shipping on all orders over $150 USD. Orders under $150 USD ship at a flat rate of $12 USD.
  • United Kingdom: Orders over £110 GBP qualify for free tracked shipping. For orders under £110 GBP, a flat shipping fee of £10 GBP applies.
  • International (Rest of World): Complimentary tracked shipping on orders over $180 USD. For orders under $180 USD, flat-rate shipping is $15 USD.

Once I've finished packing your order, I'll print the shipping label. At that moment the system will send you an email or SMS with your tracking number. Please allow a few hours to start checking the status of your package because it will only show once it has been scanned at the post office.

Priority, Xpresspost, and Expedited Parcel services include up to $100 liability coverage against loss or damage.

For free and $13 flat rate shipping in Canada, I always use the Expedited Parcel service which includes tracking; a liability coverage up to $100 CAD, and it can take from 2 to 8 business days to arrive within Canada.

To the United States, I'll be providing the Tracked Packet service, which includes tracking; a liability coverage up to $100 CAD, and it can take from8 to 15 business days to arrive within the USA.

Please be advised that if you select the Small Packet USA Air shipping option, you will not receive a tracking number and your items will not be insured.

Need to exchange your jewelry? No worries! If your item happens to be defective (though this is very rare, as I personally check each piece before mailing it), I’ll happily cover the return shipping.

If you’d like to exchange for another item because you’ve had a change of heart, I’ll simply deduct the return shipping cost from your refund. Once I get the returned item, I’ll process your refund so you can pick out something else you love.
